i described all the things we could not see, WE'LL UNRAVEL THE MYSTERY
It was a normal day at the coffee shop, and Jake was sick of normal days at the coffee shop. Every day, over and over, he did the same thing; granted, the smell of coffee was one that was always welcome to him, but there were downsides to it, obviously - one of them being having to get up stupidly early and leave stupidly late. But what could you do about it?
The brunet sighed as he sat at a table in the corner, and sipped his latte, the warm feeling going down his throat in a relaxing way. The best part of work, he would have to say, was that he got one-hour breaks every three hours, and that was something he appreciated very much. The delicious smell of brewing coffee floated through the air, soothing Jake's agitated nerves, and made him feel rather drowsy, as though clouds were spinning around in his head. He could hear a faint clatter of glasses in the back room as the other employees did whatever they had been designated to do. With a sigh, the coffee shop worker leaned back and stared blankly into space, feeling wearier than usual, and hoping something interesting would come along soon. |
